You will do this
- You handle telephone and written inquiries as well as reservations.
- Consultation and information for our customers by phone
- Sales and advice on our products as well as culinary offerings.
- Preparation of offers and confirmations
- Contact person for questions regarding the entire range of services. Weddings, aperitifs, charter trips as well as family and corporate events
You bring with you
- Completed training in the commercial field. Experience in the event sector and gastronomy is an advantage.
- Overview even in stressful situations.
- You communicate fluently orally in German, French, and English and write in stylistically correct German.
- You have good PC user skills, are flexible, and impress with your open, courteous, and customer-oriented manner.

Since 2005, we at Schiffcatering Thunersee have been taking care of passengers on the scheduled, event, and charter ships of BLS shipping between Thun and Interlaken West. Since January 1, 2018, we have also been allowed to serve guests on Lake Brienz between Interlaken East and Brienz as Schiffcatering Thuner- and Brienzersee.
Your place of work
You are the first contact person for our guests and customers and ensure that their inquiries are handled professionally. You handle telephone and written inquiries as well as reservations, advise our customers competently by phone, and support them in the sale of our culinary offerings and services. In addition, you prepare offers and confirmations and are the central contact person for all questions regarding our entire range – from weddings to aperitifs and charter trips to family and corporate events.
