Your passion belongs to team leadership as well as the strategic development of services around integral facility management, always keeping the customer in focus. This particularly important management role offers you a varied field of activity. Together with your leadership team of 5 Facility Managers, you ensure high-quality services for a broad customer portfolio with a turnover volume of over CHF 6 million.

Your main tasks:

- Operational and financial overall responsibility for all integral facility management services
- Ensuring long-term customer relationships with high customer satisfaction and further development of the customer relationship network
- Advising customers on operational and tactical issues
- Sales activities and implementation of new customers
- Responsibility for the continuous development of existing services as well as responsibility for the introduction of innovations
- Employee leadership, development, and support (approx. 60 employees) in the subordinate area
- Organization and optimization of processes and workflows
- Responsibility for budgeting, controlling, administration, documentation, and reporting
- Organization of additional assignments
- Contract management and coordination of suppliers

Your profile:

- Many years of experience in facility management, hospitality, or real estate management
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function
- Strong networked and conceptual thinking as well as great organizational and planning skills
- Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style
- High service and customer orientation
- High social competence, healthy assertiveness, and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with different interest groups
- Fluent German skills and very good English skills
- Good MS Office skills and affinity for IT tools
- Impeccable reputation (mandatory)
