Your Tasks
You ensure a high-quality and holistic care and nursing standard for our residents, manage the most diverse everyday situations with your modern understanding of nursing, and are co-responsible for the design and implementation of nursing processes. As part of the establishment of the new Wyler location, you have the opportunity to engage in various areas and contribute your expertise. With respect and mindfulness, you address the individual needs and wishes of the residents. You carry the daily responsibility in shift work, without night duty. You enjoy supporting and mentoring learners and employees. As a certified nursing specialist, you are also co-responsible for the correct implementation of nursing processes as well as documentation (easyDOK) and performance recording (RAI). You maintain professional and empathetic contacts with relatives and trusted persons.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- 2 years of professional experience as a certified nursing specialist
- Brave to tackle new challenges
- Appreciative, mindful, and reliable personality
- Humorous and creative demeanor
