- Leading and controlling client accounting as well as preparing interim and annual financial statements
- Handling VAT returns and tax declarations for natural and legal persons
- Processing payroll accounting including social security statements
- Advising clients on questions regarding ongoing accounting
- Collaborating with authorities, insurance companies and other contacts
- Supporting the digitalisation of document exchange and improving internal processes
- Further training as a trustee with a federal diploma or comparable qualification, also in training
- Experience with financial statements, VAT and tax declarations
- Good knowledge of fiduciary software, for example Abacus or Bexio
- Confident manner and ability to explain technical topics clearly
- Independent work organisation and careful handling of confidential information
- Very good knowledge of German
- Independent planning and handling of your tasks

Tasks
- Managing your own portfolio of mandates with companies from various industries- Leading and controlling client accounting as well as preparing interim and annual financial statements
- Handling VAT returns and tax declarations for natural and legal persons

Profile
- Commercial training and several years of professional experience in Swiss fiduciary services- Further training as a trustee with a federal diploma or comparable qualification, also in training
- Experience with financial statements, VAT and tax declarations
- Good knowledge of fiduciary software, for example Abacus or Bexio
- Confident manner and ability to explain technical topics clearly
- Independent work organisation and careful handling of confidential information
- Very good knowledge of German
