What does the role involve?

As a dispatcher, you are a central interface in our company and the contact person for our customers and installation fitters / service technicians. Your area of responsibility is very extensive and includes receiving and processing customer orders, planning and preparing the assignments (tours) of our customer service, clarifications about the availability of devices and spare parts, first-level support, and of course the administrative handling of orders.

What do you bring with you?

• Completed vocational training as a commercial clerk EFZ or equivalent vocational training with successful further education in the commercial field (business school)
• Good PC user skills (MS Office products)
• Solid German and French language skills, both spoken and written
• High service mentality and enjoyment in contact with people
