Are you looking for an exciting challenge where the person is at the centre? Would you like to develop further and take on a versatile role in a house with innovative working methods?
We are looking immediately or by arrangement at our tilia Wittigkofen location for a humourful- Leadership and competent work planning of a team of around 20 employees
- Responsibility for the care and support of approximately 35 residents in your residential area (together with the responsible care support person assigned to you and support from our care process manager)
- Active participation in care and contact with residents and relatives
- Enjoyment of the nursing profession in long-term care
- Qualified nurse HF diploma (or equivalent SRK-recognised diploma), RAI knowledge is an advantage
- Several years of leadership experience and completed leadership training or willingness to complete such training
- Resident-oriented, responsible, and assertive personality with a high sense of quality and awareness of economic contexts
- Careful induction process and support from our support team
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and regular exchange in specialist groups (palliative care, basal stimulation, kinaesthetics, wound management, aromatherapy, etc.)
