The national umbrella organisation of Swiss milk producers SMP, together with its member organisations, represents the interests of around 16,500 milk producers at political, economic and social levels. Among other things, it is also responsible for the basic marketing of Swiss milk and dairy products and offers its members tailored services. 110 employees in various areas make an important contribution to Swiss milk with their work - truly strong.

We are looking for a motivated and committed individual for our Technical Service from 1 July 2027 or by arrangement as:

Responsible Technical Service & Security / Caretaker (100%)

The following tasks await you in this exciting job:

• You ensure the flawless functioning of all building technology
• You carry out minor repairs and are responsible for ongoing building maintenance
• You plan and coordinate maintenance, renovation and repair work, working closely with external companies
• You take on caretaker, basic cleaning and surrounding area tasks
• You check and organise operational safety
• You support employees with other tasks related to infrastructure

You will succeed here if

• you have completed a technical or craft training
• you have professional experience as a caretaker or in a similar role, ideally with a federal certificate of competence
• you have training as a safety officer (SiBe) and fire protection officer (VKF) or are willing to complete these further trainings
• you work independently, reliably, punctually and flexibly
• you have organisational skills and are open to new things
• you hold a category B driving licence
• you have good German language skills
• you are familiar with common Office tools
• you handle confidential information with discretion
