The EMS Parc de Beausobre is nestled in the park of the same name in the town of Morges, and offers personalised care for 82 residents. Designed to promote intergenerational links, the EMS is surrounded by a sheltered housing residence, a childcare centre and two colleges. The EMS Parc de Beausobre also has a restaurant and a cafeteria, open to all 7 days a week, a wellness area for residents (jacuzzi and sensory baths) and an aromatic garden whose perimeter is fully secured.

We are looking for EMS Parc de Beausobre a:

Health Assistant in Advanced Age Psychiatry - PAA1 (M/F) at 100%

To strengthen our Psychogeriatrics 1 service at EMS Parc de Beausobre, permanent contract from 01/11/2026

YOU HAVE

• A recognised health assistant or nursing assistant diploma by the Swiss Red Cross
• The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate and Advanced Age Psychiatry Companion (FAP), an asset
• Successful experience in geriatrics or advanced age psychogeriatrics
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with elderly people
• Knowledge of the Swiss health system, an asset
• Dynamism, motivation and good adaptability

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Support residents in daily life activities
• Participate in adapting and maintaining the resident's environment with their collaboration
• Participate in an interdisciplinary care approach for residents
