Finance and Administration Specialist with Payroll Support

The Personnel Office implements strategic and operational tasks as the HR competence centre for the entire cantonal administration of Graubünden and contributes to making the canton of Graubünden an attractive and progressive employer.
Do you want to combine your experience in finance and payroll with your structured way of working to specifically develop HR processes further? Then you are exactly right with us! To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Finance and Administration Specialist with Payroll Support immediately or by arrangement
- Support in handling the salary budget process and the annual financial statements for the entire cantonal administration
- Preparation of HR reports and ad hoc evaluations for the departments
- Handling the performance and spontaneous bonus process of the cantonal administration
- Support in the further development of HR controlling and the internal control system
- Participation in other projects
- Processing of the creditor workflow
- Support of the payroll team
- Further training in finance and accounting or comparable
- qualifications
- Knowledge of social security and/or personnel matters is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in finance or accounting
- Independent, structured, precise and solution-oriented way of working and a strong sense of responsibility
- Digital affinity and good user knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes as well as
- Abacus ERP system
