About the job
For the Ambulatory Care Centre Wohlen, we are looking for you from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement as
Tasks
- You provide outpatient care to patients (with a medical background)
- You recognise emergency and crisis situations, support the patients and initiate the necessary coping and treatment steps in consultation with the medical background
- You perform networking work with referring agencies, relatives, employers and specialist agencies
- You are responsible for ordering and, if necessary, for depot injections
- You see yourself as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team and work with various professional groups (doctors, psychologists, social workers, etc.)
- You document your services and take on administrative tasks
Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse FH/HF with psychiatric experience (preferably in the social psychiatric environment)
- Enjoyment of complex work with patients
- Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
- Good understanding of roles in case management as well as ability to reflect
- Independent working style and flexibility
