We are looking for a tech-savvy, structured personality who ensures the smooth operation and further development of our order management system FMS@ISS in a dynamic and well-coordinated team. In this role, you operate and optimize a system with 200+ customers from various industries and thus support the smooth processing of over 300,000 orders per year by our operational units — you are an important contact person for our internal stakeholders and ensure that processes run reliably and continue to grow.
Your main tasks:
- Customer implementation: You implement new customers and coordinate data transfer as well as process configuration up to productive handover.

- Function implementation: You implement new functions for existing customers and ensure professional coordination with all parties involved.
- Professional support: You provide professional support to internal stakeholders in the above-mentioned business cases and act as a competent contact person.
- 2nd-Level Support: You take over 2nd level support (approx. 1 day per week) and act as an interface between local 1st level, 3rd level of the ISS Group, and application providers.
- Release & Quality Management: You contribute to the further development of the FMS@ISS blueprint, conduct testing and quality assurance during application releases.
- Documentation & Training: You support the creation of end-user documentation and provide practical training to FMS@ISS end users.
Your profile:
- Education: University degree (BSc) or completion of a higher vocational training (HF) in business informatics, business administration, facility management, or comparable
- Professional experience: 2–3 years of professional experience are mandatory; initial experience in a comparable function is an advantage
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; French is an advantage
- IT skills: Confident handling of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; initial experience with CAFM systems and database systems is an advantage
- Professional competence: Sound knowledge in project, process, and application management as well as high IT affinity; knowledge from the FM industry is an advantage
- Methodological competence: Strong analytical skills, structured and goal-oriented working style as well as high diligence and good time management
