About the job
Your Tasks
- Friendly and professional care of our guests at the reception of Tamina Therme (Check-In / Check-Out)
- Active, competent, personal as well as telephone advice and sales of all offers in the areas of pools, sauna, wellness, catering and Therme boutique
- On-site voucher and product sales, as well as booking and reservation of treatments, packages and courses
- Point of contact for all information and enquiries about Tamina Therme
- Operating the cash register including accounting and daily closing
- Monitoring the access system for functionality
- Close cooperation with internal cross-departmental teams
Your Profile
- Training in sales and/or commercial field desirable
- Professional experience in a service company (gastronomy/tourism industry advantageous)
- Fluent German skills as well as good English skills (French and Italian advantageous)
- Good user knowledge of MS Office required
- Very friendly manners and well-groomed appearance
- Communicative, confident and professional demeanour
- High flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Loyalty and discretion
- Enjoyment in guest care and working in a team
- Willingness to schedule working hours across all weekdays as well as shifts on weekends and public holidays required
