For our renowned client in the semiconductor industry, we are looking for a committed personality for reception starting immediately. You are the first point of contact for our international guests and contribute significantly to a positive image of the company.


YOUR TASKS

  • You represent the reception of our company discreetly, professionally, and stylishly, ensuring a positive first impression
  • You are in direct contact with international partners and customers and are responsible for answering inquiries
  • You attentively take care of the concerns of visitors and employees and actively contribute to a pleasant atmosphere
  • You work closely with various departments and support your team with different tasks
  • You are willing to step in at short notice for absent colleagues, thus ensuring smooth operations at reception

  • You are a sociable, warm, and friendly personality who enjoys communicating with people
  • You have very good language skills and can communicate confidently in several languages
  • You have a strong sense for the needs of visitors and employees and act in a service-oriented manner
  • You enjoy working in a team and contribute to positive collaboration
  • You are flexible and can quickly adapt to changing requirements
