To strengthen our MATERIALS AND DETECTION R&I department, we are looking for a:

Senior Laboratory Technical Specialist

You will develop and optimise offset and letterpress inks, ensuring their performance, compliance, and industrialisation. You will act as a key interface between the laboratory, production, and customers, in alignment with the company’s values.

Role:

• Develop and optimise Offset and Letterpress inks
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Manage reformulations related to regulatory changes or raw materials
• Ensure industrial transfer (scale-up) and support production
• Provide support to customers
• Act as backup for the team leader

Profile:

• Degree in chemistry: Master or Bachelor or equivalent
• Experience in formulation chemistry
• Knowledge of printing inks is an asset
• Good understanding of scale-up and industrial constraints
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Languages: French-Fluent / English-Professional
