Your Tasks

Care for assigned customers and architects
Technical advice to customers and architects in person and by phone
Project support for larger projects
General market observation
Regular information exchange with the sales team and management
Promotion of your own sales and professional competence through internal and external courses
Participation in trade fairs, seminars, and events
Conducting customer training
Assessment and evaluation of customer complaints
Implementing all measures to achieve the budgeted sales targets

Your Profile

Driver's license category B
Resident in the sales area (LU, NW, OW)
Good German and Italian language skills, both spoken and written
Completed vocational training and experience in field sales
Proficient in MS Office
Negotiation skills and persuasive power
Independent, proactive, reliable, sociable, communicative, loyal
Networked thinking, precise and solution-oriented working style
Good social competence and positive demeanor
Good technical understanding
