Clerk in Materials Management

• Independent handling of procurement tasks for consumables and tools, timely material procurement under optimal conditions as well as recording orders
• Support with administrative tasks, monitoring prices and delivery dates including correspondence with suppliers as well as master data maintenance
• Order processing and control of order confirmations. Assistance with inventory management, goods receipt and dispatch as well as processing and checking delivery notes and invoice verification
• Assistance with test equipment control

• You have completed basic training and have professional experience in the building materials trade (mandatory). Ideally, you have completed further training in operational purchasing, as a purchasing clerk, etc.
• You are a solution-oriented personality with healthy self-confidence, negotiation skills, reliability and an exact way of working
• You have an affinity for system/master data maintenance and very good IT user skills (Microsoft Office)
• You have good German language skills in spoken and written form and confident communication
• You are a structured, organised and team-oriented personality
