For our Customer Project Management Print in Bern, we are looking for a clerk sales internal service KPP from June 1, 2026, or by arrangement, 80-100%.

Your Tasks
- Sales-oriented customer advice and support of internal and external customers
- Calculations of orders
- Order processing from quotation creation to invoicing
- Scheduling coordination with production and logistics
- Purchasing various services and materials for order production
- General administrative tasks
What distinguishes you for the job
- You have completed vocational training in the graphic or commercial field
- You already have solid professional experience in internal sales
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form. French skills are an advantage
- You have proficient handling of Office programs. Experience with Printplus is a big plus
- You are an organizational talent with a quick grasp and high flexibility and like to take responsibility for your customers
- You enjoy working in a team and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
