Account Manager EMS (m/f/d) 80–100%
Do you enjoy customer contact, have solid technical know-how and the ability to understand, pursue and deepen the needs of our customers? Can you imagine ensuring the retention and further development of our customer base in the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) segment and significantly contributing to the successful development of your customer portfolio? Depending on experience, you will join us as a Junior or Senior Account Manager.
Your tasks
• Responsibility and strategic development of the assigned customer portfolio — ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term expansion of customer relationships
• Leading the calculation, offer and negotiation phases
• Managing customer products throughout the entire lifecycle
• Interface management between purchasing, engineering, production, planning and quality
• Acquisition of potential new customers and new projects
Your qualities
• Technical basic education (e.g. electronics, electrical engineering or automation), possibly with commercial further training
• Experience in electronics production or its supply chain is an advantage — committed personalities with technical flair and development potential are also welcome
• Communication and negotiation skills at all levels — internal and external
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
