Your task is demanding and varied.

What you do as a clerk for supplementary benefits is of great importance to our clients: For simple change notifications, you gather all necessary information, check it, and determine the new entitlement. You are motivated by handling many telephone and written questions and changes daily. Because as a sharp mind, you remain efficient and precise even under pressure. You monitor the processing status and independently answer simple enquiries from clients. You regularly review ongoing files and assess whether the entitlement to benefits still exists. Service-oriented as you are, you do this thoroughly and patiently.
Independent work and team spirit are a matter of course for you. Because you know: To achieve the set goals together, both are needed.
You convince us with your skills.
You have prepared for this varied and demanding activity with a commercial apprenticeship. Alternatively, you have another three-year vocational training and at least one year of experience in the administrative field. Ideally with an insurance company.
