To strengthen our team in Reinach AG, we are looking for a structured and committed individual who supports the administrative processes in the import/export area with initiative and precision.

Your area of responsibility

Import:

• Ensuring compliance with national and international customs regulations
• Advising internal departments on all matters related to customs, import, export, rules of origin, tariff classification, and preferential agreements
• Promoting the use of free trade agreements and other customs simplifications
• Maintaining relevant master data such as product classifications and origin information in cooperation with export
• Purchasing and coordinating logistics services for imports
• Checking and approving service provider invoices
• Checking import receipts

 Export:

• Deputising in the export area
• Carrying out transport registrations domestically and abroad

Your profile/experience

• Diploma as a foreign trade specialist
• Several years of professional experience in import or export
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Confident manner when dealing with customs officials
• Very good German skills and good English skills
