HR Management Intern (a) Focus Talent Acquisition

The Hospitality Visions Lake Lucerne AG includes the Park Hotel Vitznau & the Campus Hotel Hertenstein. Our over 230 employees ensure excellent service every day with great commitment. To make sure they feel fully supported, our HR department provides professional, personal, and appreciative care. An important part of our HR work is also the recruitment and support of our employees for the upcoming summer season.

Internship position for 7 months, from January - July 2027

Do you want to support our employees with commitment, participate in recruitment for the summer season, and gain valuable insights into the diverse HR work? Then we look forward to welcoming you as a management intern in our HR team!

• You are responsible for independently recruiting future talents for a specific department – from the job posting to successful employment
• You conduct interviews independently and professionally guide our candidates through the entire recruiting process
• You develop creative ideas to attract new talents for our two hotels
• You listen to our employees and find suitable solutions for their concerns together with them
• You handle all administrative tasks arising in HR and ensure reliable personnel administration
• You accompany new employees during their onboarding and ensure a successful start in our hotel group
• You assist in optimising and digitising our HR processes

• You have a quick grasp and want to enthusiastically immerse yourself in a new and diverse field.
• You have a winning, likeable manner and treat people with empathy and appreciation.
• You communicate openly, confidently, and professionally and feel comfortable interacting with different people.
• You work organised, structured, and reliably, even when things get hectic.
• You are an initiative personality, gladly take responsibility, and work independently.
• You are discreet and handle confidential personnel matters responsibly.

• You communicate fluently in German and English, both spoken and written.
