Tasks

• You coordinate technical requirements from the specialist departments with internal and external specialists and ensure that needs, existing systems, and provider services fit together
• You are the technical sparring partner of the CIO and prepare technological questions, options, and decisions in an understandable and well-founded manner
• You contribute your own solution ideas, lead technical discussions, and help develop viable and implementable solutions
• You coordinate cross-cutting topics from security and infrastructure solutions through network, cloud, and identity management to application integration
• You analyze disruptions and complex problems holistically, quickly narrow down causes, and effectively support their resolution
• You support the further development of our ICT towards digital products and services that are closer to the business and create value along our value streams
• You make technical risks, dependencies, and need for action visible and contribute to systematically documenting and anchoring knowledge internally

Profile

• Technical expertise: You have a solid education in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in complex ICT environments – from local infrastructure through network and security to cloud technologies. You have a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft cloud services, identity management, authentication, authorization systems, and technical interfaces.
• Analytical and organizational skills: You are able to link technological, procedural, and business requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions. You quickly recognize connections, can confidently lead technical discussions, and clearly address complex challenges.
• Problem-solving and solution competence: With your structured and persistent approach to troubleshooting, you find goal-oriented solutions even for complex problems and always keep an overview of the big picture.
• Communication strength and teamwork: You communicate clearly, appropriately for the audience, and reliably, bring together different stakeholders, and move confidently at the interfaces between business, technology, and external partners.
• Sense of responsibility and design competence: You work proactively, take responsibility, drive topics forward with moderation and persistence, and seek a role with great scope for design – even without disciplinary leadership.
• Linguistic and organizational strengths: You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; French skills facilitate your exchange. You also appreciate regular presence on site (Bellikon and Sion) and proximity to operational and technical realities.
