About the job
About us: As a modern timber construction company, schaerholzbau creates living spaces based on ecological, economic, and social principles. At four locations, we develop and build comprehensive timber construction projects of all sizes – from the tree to the finished building.
The position: In our one-year internship, you will be integrated as a permanent team member into the technical and operational processes of a modern timber construction company. You will especially support us in process optimization in the areas of timber construction, interior finishing, and sawmill, and gain insight into production planning as well as business management processes. Additionally, you will be involved in project execution and gain insight into costing, purchasing, and sales. Step by step, you will take on responsibility and gain extensive practical experience in modern working methods and operational processes.
About you: You are currently training as a certified wood technician HF wood industry/trade and want to gain solid practical experience. You are interested in production processes and business contexts, work in a structured and independent manner, and bring initiative as well as teamwork skills.
