We are looking for a kitchen assistant for the new, renowned restaurant X1291 ächt.guet.
Job Requirements
- Initial experience in the gastronomy sector is an advantage.
- Reliability, punctuality and ability to work in a team.
- Resilience and awareness of hygiene.
Scope of Duties
- Preparation (Mise en Place): Washing, cleaning and cutting vegetables, salad and fruit.
- Preparation: Supporting the chefs in preparing simple dishes, sauces, dips or arranging platters.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal company guidelines.
- Hygiene: Adherence to HACCP guidelines, disposal of waste.
Personal Requirements
- Neat appearance
- Fluent (Swiss) German
- Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
