Job Coach for Supported Education

Professional Integration | Kriens | 60% - 80% | from 01.06.2026

Your tasks

Responsibility for the implementation of measures for professional integration in the general labor market
Case management including reporting, administrative tasks, and maintaining contact with clients
Interdisciplinary collaboration with training companies, relatives, professionals, schools, and authorities
Individual support in developing skills and coping with challenges
Acquisition and building of sustainable relationships with training companies

Your profile

Basic professional training EFZ and several years of professional experience
Further training in job coaching, psychology/psychiatry, social work, case management, or similar
Knowledge specific to ASD/ADHD is an advantage
Enjoyment in supporting adolescents and young adults with psychological and/or cognitive impairments
Good networking in the regional labor market and talent for relationship building with companies (including mobility)
Communicative personality with a solution-oriented attitude, negotiation skills, and resilience
High flexibility, independence, and sense of responsibility
Confident expression in spoken and written language as well as secure use of digital tools
Good knowledge of the Swiss vocational education system
