We are looking for a

Property Administrator 100%

to join our Zurich branch immediately or by arrangement.

Your role

In this versatile role, you will support the property managers in all administrative and organisational matters related to property management. You will actively participate in the entire rental process, from preparing offers, handling terminations, to drafting rental contracts and publishing advertisements.

You will also maintain regular contact with tenants, caretakers and tradespeople, managing varied correspondence and providing telephone information. Processing creditors and other administrative tasks related to property management complete your diverse range of duties.

Your profile

• Completed commercial training and professional experience in property management are essential
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of REM is desirable
• Fluent German, both spoken and written
• Enjoy working with people, with a competent and professional manner
• Precise, efficient and responsible working style
• Commitment, motivation and identification with our values
