You take responsibility for professional nursing and care of 34 residents, competently and empathetically support and accompany relatives, create the duty roster considering a balanced skill mix, and ensure professional, seamless, and accurate nursing and care documentation. Residential care requires a completed training as a qualified nurse HF, qualified nurse HF/FH or FH, further training in leadership (e.g. team leadership), immediate or agreed start, proven leadership experience, 80 - 100% workload, active participation in nursing and taking on daily responsibility, enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, an independent, responsible, and flexible working style with a touch of humour, a likeable appearance, loyalty, negotiation skills, and enjoyment in working with elderly people.
