As the deputy head of the group in the area of insurance intermediation, you will take on a key role in the further development of our department.
Main tasks
- Supporting the group leader and providing professional leadership to the caseworkers in the area of insurance intermediation
- Independently assessing regulatory registration issues in the context of insurance intermediation
- Handling complex registration applications from insurance intermediaries
- Co-designing and further developing registration practices
- Further development and stabilisation of structures, workflows and processes
- Close cooperation with supervisory areas as well as with cross-sectional functions and other business areas - especially regulation, enforcement and administrative assistance
Profile
- Degree in law from a Swiss university; bar admission or additional training (e.g. LL.M., dissertation) advantageous
- At least 5 - 8 years of professional experience in the insurance industry, legal practice or consulting
- Knowledge of insurance law or insurance intermediation advantageous
- Ability to quickly grasp complex issues, formulate concise solution options and form well-founded overall judgements
- High decision-making ability as well as structured and efficient working methods
- Confident, appreciative manner towards employees
- Very good German or French skills (C2) as well as very good knowledge of the other language (C1)
