To strengthen our team in Goldach (SG), we are looking for a committed miller (m/f) 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks:

• Approach, relocation and homogenisation of grain
• Composition of the corresponding wheat blends and preparation for the milling process
• Independent operation and monitoring of the mill including adjustments according to production orders
• Ensuring the production of a wide-ranging product assortment
• Packaging and provision of milling products
• Participation in the training of our apprentices

Your profile:

• You have completed a professional apprenticeship as a miller EFZ (specialising in food or feed).
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• You have PC skills.
• You are willing to work early and late shifts as well as on-call duty.
• You are conscientious, responsible, flexible and have a sense for precise and independent work.
• You enjoy working in a team.
