To complement our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start of a

Trainer in Nursing, Health Specialist with Federal Diploma or Registered Nurse HF

• Support, promotion and empowerment of our trainees in their competencies
• Planning of learning steps to achieve learning objectives and their review
• Conducting learning documentation, training discussions and qualifications
• Taking over the assessment and documentation of selection internships of FaGe/AGS applicants
• Active participation in nursing, including support with daily activities and ensuring high-quality care

• Completed training as Health Specialist with Federal Diploma or Registered Nurse HF
• Additional training as a trainer or willingness to complete this training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in nursing (long-term care advantageous) and 2 years as a trainer
• Efficient, independent and prompt working style
• Communicative skills and good social competence
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent oral and written German skills
• Good knowledge of all PC programmes used in nursing (e.g. easyDOK, RAI-NH)

• Appreciative relationship care in advanced dementia
