- You care for and support our patients in shift work with a high degree of personal responsibility.
- In doing so, you carry out the nursing process according to the latest findings, supported by the hospital information system KISIM.
- You take co-responsibility for achieving the area and department goals and are committed to the continuous optimisation of nursing processes.
- In addition, you support trainees and students in their training.
- You work collegially in a large interprofessional team and attend further training, case discussions and supervisions with us.
What distinguishes you
- You are a qualified registered nurse (AKP/DN II/HF/FH) and ideally have experience in the acute sector.
- Experience in palliative care as well as further training in PC B 1 or CAS Palliative Care are advantageous.
- The well-being of patients is at the centre of your work and you treat people with respect and appreciation, are empathetic and resilient.
- Teamwork as well as independent and quality-conscious work characterise you.
- Good German language skills complete your profile.
- Permanent night shifts possible after introduction.
