What you will achieve

• Further development and implementation of the Lean strategy at the MOBO locations
• Initiation and support of improvement projects in production and logistics
• Promotion of a culture of continuous improvement at all organisational levels
• Moderation of the target cascade process as well as follow-up of improvement measures and key figures
• Development and introduction of methods for problem solving and performance enhancement
• Support of managers in the application of Lean methods and shopfloor management
• Training and empowerment of employees and managers in the field of Lean management
• Responsibility for the further development and optimisation of business processes
• Professional and personnel management of the MOBO process experts
• Leadership of the key-user organisation and support of SAP users
• Ensuring sustainable use and further development of SAP S/4HANA

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: in food sciences, business administration, industrial engineering or comparable education
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in the food industry or a manufacturing environment
• Experience in leading Lean, process or optimisation projects
• Sound knowledge of Lean management methods and tools
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably in production and logistics
• Knowledge in data analysis and reporting tools advantageous (Power BI, Excel, Minitab or similar)
• Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking, high initiative and strong implementation skills
• Strong team player and high social competence
• Enthusiasm for change and continuous improvement
• Ability to network people, motivate and jointly develop sustainable solutions
• German (B2)
• French (A2)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
