Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (m/f/d) as Vocational Trainer 60 – 100%

Your area of responsibility:

• Accompanying HF students and FaGe apprentices on their training path
• Designing learning sequences (TT, learning afternoons, etc.) and contributing ideas
• Supporting and conducting qualification procedures, competency assessments, and IPA
• Conducting appraisal and qualification discussions
• Implementing induction sequences for students, apprentices, interns, and trial learners

What you bring with you:

• Diploma as Nursing Specialist HF
• Experience in Spitex and case management
• SVEB qualification
• Motivation to help shape things rather than just go along with them
