Maintenance Technician: Electrical / Mechanical

Tasks:

• Maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of production equipment, especially blow moulding machines, as well as their peripherals
• Systematic fault finding and root cause analysis on electrical and mechanical components
• Carrying out repairs, inspections, lubrication work and replacement of wear parts
• Electrical installation, adjustment and maintenance work according to NIV and relevant standards
• Support during commissioning, functional checks and testing
• Participation in optimisation, automation and improvement projectsMaintenance of technical documentation, machine master data and maintenance records
• Management of spare parts and materialsSupport with maintenance work on infrastructure and buildings

Profile:

• Completed technical training in the fields of electrical engineering, automation, mechanics or a comparable discipline
• Professional experience in the maintenance of production equipment
• Knowledge in electrical and/or mechanical fault finding and troubleshooting
• Experience in maintenance, repair and replacement of plant components
• Knowledge of measurement, control and regulation technology
• Experience in technical documentation as well as in creating maintenance and repair reports
• Knowledge of electrical installation work according to NIV
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and on-call duties
• SAP knowledge as well as a forklift and overhead crane licence are desirable
