Job Description
Directly reporting to the Quality Manager, the Production Quality Manager - Framework ensures the conformity of parts, assemblies, and manufacturing processes of metal structures. The main tasks are:
- Perform geometric and visual inspections of cut, assembled, or welded parts
- Verify the preparation of welds and control their execution according to current standards (VT, MT, UT)
- Occasionally ensure inspections related to the preparation and application of paints and surface treatments
- Establish, transmit, and archive inspection reports, ensuring traceability of operations
- Participate in the management of non-conformities and follow-up of corrective actions
- Coordinate inspection activities with production, quality, and project managers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and train teams in self-inspection
Qualifications
A rigorous and methodical professional, you have solid experience in quality control in metal construction. You hold a certificate for non-destructive testing (NDT) according to ISO 9712: 2023, level 2 (VT, MT, UT), and have a good knowledge of standards EN 1090, ISO 3834, ISO 5817, and EN 12944. Your technical expertise and field experience make you a trusted contact for operational teams. You are recognized for your organizational skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a team while demonstrating autonomy. You are committed to ensuring the quality and conformity of productions and wish to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
