The Intercommunal School Association of Genolier and Surroundings (A.I.S.G.E.) brings together five municipalities in the region and works in the fields of day care and education.
With nearly 180 employees committed to serving children and public communities, A.I.S.G.E. is actively looking for:
Mission
Reporting to the Secretary General, your mission is to deploy and develop the HR strategy, in line with the values of AISGE. You also manage, with the support of an HR team (1.6 FTE), the operational aspects and business processes in this area. You support the heads of services and multi-site teams in their development and provide transversal support to all services.
Our expectations
• A strategic HR vision consistent with the values of AISGE.
• The ability to cover the main HR processes and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in HR development: recruitment, talent management, workforce planning, MSST and training.
• A role of advice and support to the Secretary General and Heads of Services.
• A proactive and pragmatic approach. Ability to anticipate issues.
• Close collaboration with the finance sector, particularly in budget preparation, salary payments, and the implementation of dashboards and reporting.
• Developed communication skills both for employees and partners (Canton, Municipalities, direct partners, etc.).
Your profile
• Higher education in Human Resources (Master - MAS HR or federal specialist HR diploma or equivalent title).
• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in an HR Manager role.
• Mastery of Swiss labor law. Salary management in partnership with the Finance department. Knowledge of day care, ABACUS ERP, and Tipee are assets.
• Experience in HR project management, change management, and central HR process management.
• Native French speaker, excellent writing skills.
