The Building Department (HBA) acts as a central service provider for all directorates, offices and institutions of the cantonal administration. To strengthen the support of the cleaning team of the Building Department and to promote the further development of its skills, the office is creating a new position as part of the professionalisation of its activities.

Your tasks
- Ensuring quality, organisation and safety of cleaning work
- Leading the cleaning staff and ensuring further training
- Coordinating the deployments of external cleaning companies as well as the affected internal departments
- Planning resources according to requirements and the availability of employees
- Organising and monitoring the offers for induction training and further training for all cleaning staff
Desired profile
- Certified cleaning technician EFZ, certified operational maintenance technician EFZ, qualification as a housekeeper or equivalent training
- At least five years of professional experience in the relevant field
- Proven experience in leading teams
- Authorisation to train operational maintenance apprentices
- Proficiency in German or French with good knowledge of the other language
