Currently, around 800 employees work at 11 locations for renowned clients from industry, commerce, and trade. For our general cargo logistics division, we are looking to strengthen our order acceptance team with a 100% workload.

• Customer support and advice (including major clients)
• Acceptance and recording of transport orders
• Administrative support for driving personnel and dispatch
• Providing information and clarifications by phone and in writing

• Commercial basic training
• Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• French language skills are an advantage
• Team spirit and commitment
• Customer-friendly communication style
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Experience in the transport sector is an advantage
