Marketing Assistant (m/f/d), Controlling/Planning Department, 50 - 60%
Tasks
- Administrative and project-related support for the Category Manager and Marketing Controller/Planner
- Implementation of operational promotions and advertising processing in various application tools (rough and detailed planning, advertising material maintenance, sample handling, etc.)
- Conducting ad-hoc and fixed controllings and analyses to create optimisation proposals
- Organisation of meetings and minute-taking
- Ensuring the flow of information to advertising and sales
Requirements
- Commercial basic training
- Professional experience in a similar field is an advantage
- Good user knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP R/3 is an advantage
- Language skills in German, French desirable
- Resilient, motivated and solution-oriented personality with an independent and structured approach
