Your responsibilities

As Finance Manager, you take charge of the company’s financial management and closely support the Executive Board in its decisions. In our entrepreneurial and fast-growing environment, you combine analysis, anticipation and operational pragmatism. You provide reliable decision-making bases and actively contribute to the company’s profitability and development.

Your tasks

• Preparation, monitoring and analysis of the budget, financial forecasts (forecasting), cash flow and various development scenarios
• Financial calculation and monitoring of projects: preliminary estimates, project budgets, cost and margin analyses, variances between forecasts and actuals, as well as post-calculations
• Conducting financial and profitability analyses to identify risks, opportunities and measures to be taken
• Advising the Executive Board on financial matters and preparing clear, relevant and forward-looking decision-making bases
• Responsibility for day-to-day finance and accounting activities, including operational and administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running of the department
• Implementation and development of performance indicators, dashboards and reporting systems adapted to a fast-growing company
• Medium and long-term financial planning and anticipation of financing and liquidity needs
• Pragmatic optimisation of financial processes, tools and procedures
• Collaboration with auditors, banks and external partners

Your profile

• Strong higher education in finance, accounting or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in a versatile financial role, ideally within an SME, start-up or fast-growing company
• Excellent analytical skills, ease with numbers and ability to turn financial data into concrete recommendations
• Experience in financial calculation, planning and monitoring of projects
• Entrepreneurial spirit, sense of priorities and ability to anticipate financial and operational issues
• Pragmatic and operational personality, ready to handle both strategic topics and recurring financial tasks
• Team spirit, with a willingness to "get stuck in"
• Flexibility, creativity and strong solution orientation
• Precise, structured, reliable and autonomous working method
• Very good command of Excel and good knowledge of ERP systems
• Very good command of French and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written; any other language is an asset
