About the job
Your new role
As a facility management specialist with a focus on building services, you are responsible for ensuring that buildings, facilities, and their surroundings are in impeccable condition.
You maintain and clean buildings as well as outdoor areas and monitor building technology. In addition, you independently carry out minor repairs, service machines and equipment, and take care of the proper disposal of waste.
Your work is very varied and combines practical, technical, and organisational tasks. You work both indoors and outdoors and make an important contribution to smooth operations.

- Carrying out repairs and maintenance work
- Care of green spaces and outdoor areas
- Maintenance and servicing of machines and equipment
