Your Tasks

• Development and specification of motor, sensor, electronics, and control components for electric drive systems
• Development of electronic hardware with a focus on sensor technology
• Further development of hardware-related software as well as visualization and control software on the PC
• Validation of new technologies in electric drive technology
• Creation of test concepts and specifications for qualification tests
• Technical documentation of development results
• Management of development projects in the field of mechatronic systems
• Collaboration with adjacent departments
• Commissioning of drives in the test field for functional and qualification testing
• Presentation of results to internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable (M.Sc. / Dipl.-Ing.)
• Experience in designing electronic assemblies and handling electronics CAD software
• System understanding in the field of electric drive technology (motor, gearbox, sensor technology, controller)
• Knowledge of C, MATLAB, and Python
• Basic knowledge of fieldbuses such as CANopen or EtherCAT
• Experience in commissioning motors on industrial controllers is an advantage
• Independent, structured working style and ability to work in a team
• Good German or English skills, spoken and written
