• You ensure compliance with energy and environmental regulations in the building permit process.
• You advise property owners and planners and handle complaints from the public.
• You provide cover for your colleague in the area of the building permit process.
• You occasionally lead projects in areas where you have the relevant expertise.
• You work closely with employees from the city and canton.

• You have a university degree (Bachelor or Master) in a technical or scientific field.
• You have experience in enforcing energy and environmental regulations (especially noise protection and air quality control).
• You enjoy representing energy and environmental interests to property owners, planners, and complainants.
• You are very reliable and can express yourself precisely in spoken and written German.
• You appreciate the variety of office work and on-site meetings.
• Ideally, you already have experience with self-organised working methods or are open to helping shape such development.
