Your Job – Responsibility at Eye Level

You master air freight in import and export and do not just want to work through tasks, but independently manage, decide and take responsibility?

With us, you will independently handle air freight shipments from A to Z and also contribute as an all-rounder in other areas of forwarding. Knowledge of sea freight is an advantage.

You can expect an operational environment with short decision-making paths, direct communication and a lot of personal responsibility.

Your Tasks

• Independent handling of air freight import and export shipments from A to Z
• Organisation, coordination and monitoring of international shipments
• Creation, review and processing of transport, import, export and customs documents
• Communication with airlines, handling agents, customs authorities, customers and international partners
• Deadline monitoring and proactive problem solving in case of deviations
• Billing and cost control
• Organisation and coordination of vehicles in the air freight sector
• Organisation of collections and deliveries of air freight shipments
• Taking on on-call and shift duties
• Support in sea freight processes is an advantage

Your Profile

Professional Requirements – Mandatory

• Completed training in forwarding / logistics
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a forwarding company after completing training
• Very good knowledge of air freight import and export
• Confident handling of forwarding software and MS Office
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good English skills in spoken and written form

Advantageous

• Knowledge and experience in sea freight
• Experience as an all-rounder in several forwarding areas
