As a skilled craftsman, you take responsibility for the assigned properties in this exciting position and ensure smooth operation with your structured and goal-oriented way of working.

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

• Caretaking & Grounds Maintenance
• General caretaking tasks (e.g., minor repairs to furniture and infrastructure, maintenance of technical systems, control and inspection rounds)
• Grounds work (mowing lawns, weed removal, shrub and tree pruning, leaf raking, proper disposal of cuttings)
• Recording and documenting meter readings (energy and disposal quantities)
• Accompanying and coordinating third-party companies/tradespeople in the building
• Simple administrative tasks (reports, documentation)
• Maintenance cleaning of train stations and sanitary facilities
• Environmentally friendly waste disposal and execution of primary disposal
• On-call duty
• Special cleaning
• Work preparation for cleaning orders (material provision and organization)
• Independent execution of special cleanings (e.g., window cleaning with aids such as ladders, skyworker, PuraQleen)
• Deep cleaning of industrial, hard, and carpet floor coverings as well as sanitary facilities
• Quality control of the work performed on site
• Correct reporting of working hours in the Time@ISS system
• Care, cleaning, and maintenance of cleaning machines and equipment
• Support with material orders

THIS IS HOW YOU CONVINCE:

• Training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ or comparable craft or technical training as well as training as a caretaker is an advantage
• Professional experience in caretaking
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• Good MS Office skills and affinity for working with internal programs
• Structured and independent way of working
• Driver's license category B with manual transmission
• Team player and service-oriented personality
• Flexible and resilient
• High customer orientation as well as very good manners
