PAYROLL SPECIALIST / SOCIAL INSURANCE PROFESSIONAL 80 - 100 % (m/f)
Your tasks:- Responsibility for a sub-area of the comprehensive payroll and social insurance system as well as deputising at the same level in a small, family-like team of specialists
- Management, monitoring as well as preparation and follow-up of the monthly payroll processing as well as social and personnel insurance matters including preparatory work for monthly and annual figures
- Ensuring the versatile payroll administration as well as management of the time recording system, personnel changes etc.
- Single point of contact regarding specific queries (customers, employees, management team etc.) as well as external (insurances, pension fund, institutions)
- Active participation in various HR projects across the entire company, interdisciplinary collaboration within the whole company on specific tasks, regular exchange with the HR manager
- Professional training in Human Resources Management (or comparable training in the business administration field)
- Minimum two to three years of practical experience in HR payroll (preferably in a specialist role)
- Proven track record in an HR specialist role in a demanding trading, service or industrial company
- German as mother tongue, knowledge of a second national language or English is an advantage, high IT affinity
- Ideally good knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law and the regional HR environment, willingness to travel occasionally to various branches in the region
