Brand Manager (m/f/d) 100%
This is initially a one-year assignment, with employment through an external payrolling partner.
As a member of our marketing team, you work at the pulse of our division. With your structured and networked way of thinking, you make an important contribution to implementing the global strategy into local measures for our FreeStyle Libre users. You achieve this effortlessly thanks to your experience in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry in three of our national languages (German, French, Italian).
Your area of responsibility includes the following areas:
- Local implementation of the global strategy in the area of consumer marketing
- Planning and implementing measures (digital and print) including budget planning and control in opti-channel marketing
- Defining and analysing relevant KPIs as well as ongoing optimisation of activities based on these results (ROI)
- Contact person for our internal and external partners
- Internal interface to other departments (local, European and global) and the field service
You have a reliable, independent and goal-oriented hands-on working style and bring the following requirements:
- University degree in marketing or business administration or solid, relevant professional experience in a comparable field
- Several years of marketing experience in the Swiss pharmaceutical or medical technology industry with a focus on digital marketing
- Language skills: business fluent in spoken and written German, French and English as well as advanced knowledge of Italian
- Ability to empathise with our customers and plan appropriate measures
- Strength in implementing measures in 3 languages (German, French, Italian)
- Affinity for digital health tools
- Experience in working with agencies and organising local congresses
- Confident manner in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of internal processes and their compliance
- Strong team and customer orientation in an international environment
- Situational flexibility for successful prioritisation and own demand for high-quality implementation in an agile environment
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
