Lengnau School is a vibrant place of learning and personal development. Our school comprises around 650 pupils from kindergarten to 9th grade, supported by a dedicated team of 85 teachers.

Tasks
For the duration of the maternity cover, you will take on a varied teaching assignment in Cycle 2.
Your focus will be on German lessons in two parallel 6th classes. Additionally, you will teach:
4 lessons German as a Second Language (DaZ)
2 lessons Visual Arts
2 lessons PE
5 lessons Team Teaching
You will accompany the ski camp from 8 to 13 February 2026 as part of the teaching team.
You will design a learning-promoting and varied teaching programme, support the pupils in their personal development and work closely with the class teachers as well as the parents or guardians.
Requirements
- You hold a teaching diploma for primary level or are in corresponding training.
- You teach children in Cycle 2 with joy and enthusiasm.
- You enjoy working in a team and appreciate collaboration with colleagues.
- You enjoy teaching children who speak other languages.
- You design motivating and clearly structured lessons.
- You are a committed, resilient and humorous personality with a respectful approach towards children and adults.
