What can you expect?
- Leadership of a team of 8 motivated and valuable employees.
- Project management: You design, standardise and document our credit processes – towards an agile and modern procedure for our customers as well as for our employees.
- Processing of credit applications: Starting with the review of the credit proposal up to and including the disbursement of the credit commitment and digital filing of the credit dossier as well as balancing of credit positions, you ensure smooth processes in the Credit Office.
- Management of credit positions: Handling of monitoring tasks, construction loan processing and maintenance of mortgage master data are your daily business.
- Annual accounts: Recording and analysis must be processed annually.

What do you bring with you?
- You are a down-to-earth leader with a quick grasp and flexibility.
- Completed banking training as well as proven professional experience in the credit business of a Swiss bank, preferably within the Raiffeisen Group.
- You have been able to develop yourself with professional or personal further training (FH, CAS or MAS in Banking, Business Administration or Risk) or are willing to do so.
- Your thinking and actions are service-oriented and entrepreneurial, you contribute ideas and actively seek sustainable solutions.
- Independent and initiative working style as well as responsible behaviour characterise you.
