What you can achieve
- Independent administrative and organisational support of the medical staff in the Department of Endocrinology, Diabetology & Metabolism
- Efficient organisation and planning of consultations, appointments and medical services
- Responsibility for professional patient management including communication, correspondence and master data maintenance
- Creation and processing of medical documents
- Ensuring professional internal and external communication as well as undertaking representative tasks
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a medical secretary or a completed education in healthcare with commercial further training
- Several years of experience in an assistant, support or secretarial role, ideally in a hospital or clinical environment
- Structured, proactive and service-oriented working style as well as high team spirit
- Confident German language skills as well as good French and English skills, especially in medical terminology
- Very good IT user skills and a high standard of quality and responsibility
